TOP SPOT

One gaming network across Minecraft, FiveM, Rust and an arcade of its own, sharing a single account and a single economy. The platform behind bytopspot.

The network

  • Minecraft: Prison, Skyblock, Factions, Lifesteal, and a custom Speedrun mode built from scratch
  • FiveM, running on the same account and the same economy as everything else
  • Rust, sitting under the same network rather than off on its own
  • An arcade of word games, pool and snooker, block puzzles, and real-world classics like darts and chess
  • More titles added into the network as they're built, rather than spun out as separate products

What's built

  • One account and one economy across every game on the network
  • Two currencies running throughout: coins, earned through play, and gems, the scarce paid currency
  • A single TOP SPOT+ membership that unlocks everything everywhere
  • Fully custom server-side work throughout, no off-the-shelf plugins, with a staff permission ladder from helper up to owner
  • A Supabase backend with row-level-security-enforced admin functions, real matchmaking, and live ranking
  • The arcade built entirely in Unity, every game plus the hub in one project
  • No ads, ever, and no pay-to-win in multiplayer: money buys cosmetics and convenience, never an advantage

How it's made

Everything built in-house: cosmetics designed directly in Figma and Procreate, nothing briefed out to external artists. It's aimed at a global player base, not a UK-only server.

The brand

This is the platform the gold-marks-the-top idea comes from. TOP SPOT+ membership, permanent ranks, and battle passes are all built around the same logic the bytopspot mark now carries: the best rises to the top, in gold.
